Sunday morning, club ride, hot and getting hotter. As per normal, met at Damelin with a few less faces than last week, although the heat would have put a few people off I presume except for those real bikers who rode today LOL.
Krog gave speech with directions and added that we would be doing a roaming style video of the ride and hopefully this did not put anyone off. Actual route below with elevations.
My camera lady did a great job, even without knowing if the camera was on or off, pushing the camera into my face to see if she was recording or not, while speeding down the freeway. Her video skills and angles at times were quite funny. A look at her skills is in the video below. LOL.
Ride was good, with some nice fast twisting sections for the more experienced faster riders. At every major turn off, Krog slowed or stopped the ride to enable everyone too catch up, so that the slower riders (ME) did not feel that it was a catch up race and could enjoy the ride, knowing that the rest would be waiting up.
Breakfast was good, had the English breakfast which was huge to my standards and bargain on the side was free juice for the members which went down well after having our mobile sauna.
Thank Krog and Jean again for a super ride and effort into making the ride enjoyable.
Hope to see some more new faces next ride and hopefully my Boet will be feeling better soon and can be back on his bike.
