The Nomads Motorcycle Club is happy to announce the hosting of the 2023 Springbok Motorcycle Rally, our 36^th, to be held from the 21^st to 23^rd April 2023 at De Hoek Mountain Resort.

The Resort is situated 35kms from Oudtshoorn, on the road to the Cango Caves, and is tucked away in the Swartberg Mountains.

Please join us as we will be celebrating our 36th such event.

If you are interested or have any questions on the ‘Die Hel Adventure Ride’ we do every year, please contact Kevin van Blerk at kevin@pixelsandbits.co.za and he can explain all the detail to you. This has become a very popular event and is a fantastic opportunity for you to see a part of South Africa that few have been to.
It is basically a 130km dirt ride from the De Hoek campsite to Gamkaskloof (Die Hel) via the Swartberg Pass and back to the campsite. So make sure you have enough fuel! It is not suitable for first time riders due to sometimes tricky road conditions. Plastic (MX) bikes are welcome, no quads though, if you need fuel it can be arranged, let Kevin know beforehand. There is cold beer and a meal that will be organised for you at Gamkaskloof, bring cash. Ask anyone that has done this, it is a ride to remember and has to be one of those rides on your bucket list!
Due to the current condition of the road, this Die Hel Adventure ride may not take place or at least it will only be made available to experienced riders, watch this space to get confirmation.
